The Informative Publications Department in the Ministry of Information has introduced various publications as a free service for the people, governmental and non-governmental institutions. The free publications are :

This guide is a brief summary of the Department's works, which would help the reader to develop an idea about the State of  Kuwait. If the reader wishes to own any of our publications, please up the online subscription form here.

This booklet includes conditions and rules of audio and visual information that must be obliged by radio and T.V. transmission stations and channels, in addition to others of authorities that are given official permission for transmitting its programmes.

This booklet also includes (11) forms related to the audio and visual information.

The national atlas is a symbol of the state.
Kuwaits national atlas is the document emphasizes the identity of the state of kuwait and its soverignty where it registers the most important traditional and historical facts, also it shows the geographical location of the State of Kuwait and its topography and climate. The atlas goes into Kuwait's population, Its growth, its distribution and its demography.

No doubt, the subjects are registered by pictures ans statistics approved officially from the state.

This is the first publication for children. It is written as a social story that encourages family correlation and concentrates on computer technology for the child. Through the story, the child will get general information about Kuwait. The story will attract the child with its simple language and it is the first part of the series "Media Young Man ."

This is an information booklet containing the most important information and statistics of many fields: Kuwait's history, government system, population, urban growth, oil, industry, commerce, education, health, sport, tourism, and housing. It also covers the State of Kuwait's achievements. The book contains photos, schedules and statistics. It is published every four years .

"The State of Kuwait Brochure" which contains brief information about the State of Kuwait with which readers can get a general idea about the country.

"The Ministry of Information Brochure" spotlights the mass media in the Ministry of Information, the audio (radio), the visual (television), and the readable (publications and periodicals).

The department publishes two packages, each containing 10 different photos about Kuwait's past and present.

The department publishes many greeting cards for special occasions such as New Year's, Ramadan, and the Al Fitr and Al Adha Eids.
